Gymnasts (30) (With Videos)

Welcome to the 30th edition featuring gymnasts - do check out our previous ones (here's a LINK to the previous edition!). Also, this is teh second post today, so don't miss our FIRST ONE featuring 'lifting' action! OK, first let's get chalked up... That guy also shows us what gymnastics training can do for your body image! OK: some neat videos first. Remember that the mp4s will go full screen if you click on the icon bottom right of their initial screen. Three examples now of that all-important training, best started young: Yes, its hard work. But it pays off and you will for sure get that desirable body image from this sport!

Some guys can never get enough of the gym. Others train specifically to guide their bodies into the best condition for the sports they choose to participate in. Whichever suits you - fine - and that would include just wanting to keep in shape, as all of us should. Let's check out some useful exercises.   Some mp4's now: these will play full screen if you click the icon near the bottom left of their initial screen. The value of a training partner is clear here... Four featuring maximilian in abdominal strengthening and variations of muscle-up preparation: these will be tough for most of us... and this first one is, we have to say, a very odd use of a cable resistance machine! There are easier ways of doing this... This last one will be a REAL challenge except for highly trained gymnasts! OK. Inspired? We hope so. Admiring of their commitment? Definitely!
