When you train as a team or group, everyone is inspired to try harder... not to be better than everyone else (which is mean!) but to be as good as everyone else and encourage them to be as good as you. Whether it is wrestle clubs, judo, running clubs, gym bunnies or whatever... being with like-minded enthusiasts brings a great benefit for everyone.
