Gymaholic? (2025/343)

So we do have an audience of guys who appreciate the value of training. Thanks for the comments _ I have posted a couple of them.  So we're GYMAHOLICS - perhaps inspired by the Swedish lad in this first video: Yes, never pass up an opportunity to train (even for a few seconds!) and don't make excuses like the weather! OK. Advice about training the core from a Canadian guy in Quebec:  And we like this unusual form of core challenge: Or indeed this, from an Ajerbaijani fight club:  Always good to see some new ideas! Anyways, let's get stuck into some training...   More advice in this next one: "Go try something that's hard..."... ...coming back here to the really great news that the younger generation  really are putting down their phones and seeking fitness for their sports - after injury in the case of this guy. Some other young 'un... don't forget stretching (lunges): Take your tools with you into the great outdoors...  Remember that 'bodyweight...

So We Keep Going! (2025/341)

Not many responses to  our question earlier in the week "should me stop or go on?". The most accurate summary might be "why stop, please keep going as long as you can". So there we are. Remember that this is not just about fit-looking bodies (muscles) but  what you do with them  having invested in the training. With that thought in mind, here is a smaller-than-usual post as we re-start (since catching pneumonia was not in the plan - hence those few dark days this week). Onwards, then, and upwards... That's it for today's "quicky" re-start - we'll be back to normal very soon.  

Good Results (Shoulders First...) (2025/338)
