Is It Just a Great Look You're After? (2026/089)

If it is just a great look you're after, no harm in that. Ideally you'll do some cardio alongside your weights in order to keep reasonably fit as well as get muscly. Others, of course, will value fitness above muscle size, especially in sports requiring good mobility. So, horses for courses.  No horses here, though: just great results for these guys pleased to show off the outcome of their commitment to training. Which is what we hope you'll be doing in the very near future.
