It seems increasingly 'fashionable' - or may kewl - to post showing off your training results in your underwear. In some places, notably eastern Europe, it seems increasingly fashionable to appear in public in just undies, especially at swimming facilities.  Our message today, as usual, is that "training in the gym pays off", whether it be just for body image or to improve strength and flexibility for your chosen sports. But all today's guys have chosen to appear in their underwear for some reason.  

"Train in the gym? Of course we do... but not right now! We're just out to be seen and to show off!"  Fit guys in various locations.
