...that time when the fit lads show off in the ice and snow!  (OK, we include a couple of hot tubs in the snow, and some ice baths taken in nice weather at the end of training)  

Keeping fit and improving yourself is always more fun when shared. And fit friends then have leisure time together too. Something of a random selection today.
