Today we focus on fit fighters - not wrestling though, which we traditionally do separately. But do enjoy these super-fit boxing/MMA/Muay Thai guys along with a further visit to the Lerik Fight Club in Azerbaijan. It's very clear that these guys enjoy their training and workouts, preparing their bodies for success in combat. Be inspired! Yes, they start young! To end this post, we return to Lerik Fight Club for some pre-fight cardio and strength training...
