When two or more fit guys come together - the shirts come off and the comparisons begin! There is inevitably a of a bias towards bulk or shredding in these images: that is not necessarily the right goal, especially for specific sports. Make sure that your own training programme is fit for purpose. ...and, of course, the young generation of bjj enthusiasts are 'at it' too...    

Training usually goes better in company. It is also a good idea sometimes to train in a different location with different equipment, if you get the opportunity. Gyms come in all sizes: from huge commercial chains to your bedroom floor! Cramped converted warehouses to large outdoor open spaces.  So today we feature guys in their usual haunts, mainly relaxing either at the end of a session or between sets - and taking the opportunity to show off not just the gym but also themselves...  Be inspired!
