You Are What You Eat (2023/347)

Fit guys enjoy their food. You are what you eat... and please don't mention steriods. We are not into that and nor shojld you be. Protein supplements, taken in moderation, alongside a suitable training programme - well, OK. 'Natural' fitness - better still. Enjoy the menu!  There you go - maybe you can match the food to the physique! Oh - and when cooking out, watch out for flare-ups!

Food For Thought (2023/18)

A slightly shorter post than usual today, all featuring fit lads and their food. Maybe not all the food would be on our most recommended wellbeing list, but they all seem to have a good fitness level and body image, so 'nuff said! Enjoy the food (and the guys as well): Funny how food and shirtlessness seem to go together so well...
