Our favourite sport. Today we have gymnasts in various setting, with loads of video action in training situations further down in the post.  Be inspired to work on your own fitness in whichever sport YOU prefer! 

We're all good to go today. Let's get on with it. Videos at the end of this post. Starting young and (hopefully) under careful supervision   And finally - not forgetting the cardio - uphill power sprints... Any inspiration in that lot? We hope so!  

 An extra post for today - don't overlook the EARLIER ONE with fit guys enjoying the Great Outdoors - our workout guys now are those who cannot resist showing off to the camera while in the gym. Of course, if your gym is outdoors, like the first one - even better! Perhaps the best one here is the last one: 3 guys, where one at least is VERY sweating after a busy cardio session. As you should be!
