"Sweat not screens" is the order of the day if you want physical fitness and a healthy sporting lifestyle. Today's sportsmen, and the upcoming generation (mainly in the videos today, posted by proud parents) we love to support, certainly know the score (and we're not talking about the World Cup)!! A bit of action from the older 'kids' now, to finish off the post!
