Thee guys have obviously been putting the work in to get closer to where they want to be...  Where you want to be isn't, of course. the same for everyone. Bodybuilder = huge muscles. Sporstman = strength, flexibility, power, endurance. Beach body = well, all-round better looking. Each to his own.  All to be commended as inspiration to us all. It's not too late to lock in for 2026...
