You want something - you work for it - you get your reward! Follow these examples, and be inspired, particularly by the younger generation (featured near the end) who are increasingly getting off their phones and into physical training!  Junior leaders... No doubt there who really want it!    

Today's post features guys who have trained to get a more 'beefy' look - not necessarily what everyone desires, especially those in active sports.  But their dedication and results are to be admired and should inspire those willing to work hard, eat appropriately, and stay with the 'grind'!
