Gyms come in all sizes - huge chain businesses to individual setups in basements or garages. Outdoors too. Then there's the latest Hyrox craze - although we don't like that because it is too 'regimented'. As we get older, we prefer to do our own thing rather than some programme thought up by marketing executives. Every which way, gyms are likely places to find the guys posing between sets or after heir workouts, all pumped up and enthusiastic. Excellent role models, then!   A good sweat to end on.
