The right time is NOW!  And remember, the gym might be your bedroom, garage, or outdoors until you build confidence to join the pack! Got the idea?   Ring the changes... start your training by the pool... ...well, they were having some fun around their training: here's another way to make your training fun:   ...but this last one, a unique of doing your pull-ups with some help from a friend, is definitely NOT RECOMMENDED... ...but training with a friend definitely IS recommended. And, like some of today's examples, it's never too early for kids to get into (supervised) training!
