Every fitness enthusiast needs an occasional day off, just to recharge their batteries. For unforeseen reasons, this happened to us over the weekend and there was no post yesterday. Sorry for that.  Back to the grind the next day though - that's important! Here's a random selection of great results  so far  in guys who clearly will be looking onwards and upwards for further improvement, self-satisfaction, and achieving new goals. See you in the gym!
