When two or more fit guys come together - the shirts come off and the comparisons begin! There is inevitably a of a bias towards bulk or shredding in these images: that is not necessarily the right goal, especially for specific sports. Make sure that your own training programme is fit for purpose. ...and, of course, the young generation of bjj enthusiasts are 'at it' too...
