Acrobatic Ambitions (2025/100)

Hmmm. 100th post of 2025 today, so we'll go back to one of our favourite subjects. Everyone admires acrobats for their flexibility, strength and balance. Well, those are the things that come from regular training, alongside - most important of all - commitment. If you are working with a partner, then we need to add in 'trust'. Be that as it may, we admire the tenacity of the upcoming generation in their training for combat sports and, of course, training generally. Let's share.  Bjj is actually blurring the boundary we have usually kept around wrestling (which we have treated as a special topic for posts). Maybe bjj and anything similar could just appear in either sort of post in the future - wrestling, or other general combat sports... Let's see what comes up!
