OK, so wrestling now:  Mats, yes - and ring, beach, grass, oil, mud, garage - wrestlers do their thing almost anywhere!  Some guys seem to think that wrestlers are not all that fit: indeed, some pack on the pounds to have a weight advantage... but fit they definitely are, in their own way. We've always enjoyed a bit of 'fun' wrestling along with our more general fitness training. So you can pick and mix your choices from these... a bit of MMA thrown in too for good measure...
