What makes an 'alpha male'? Probably, everyone's perception is different. Some want the massive muscle bodybuilder type, others appreciate the slim-but-strong look: there is probably an infinity of different body images in between. A physique great for one sport (or created by taking part in it) will not necessary be the right 'fix' for another activity. The message is: whatever you work for, you will eventually achieve.
