You need to find the routine which gives you the results you deserve. Just follow this guidance: 10 pics in - and what are the messages? Answer - very mixed! Gym, running, pool, open air, body image... ... ... one size does NOT fit all. Just get yourselves some improvement goals, and then show COMMITMENT! It might be regular gym:  ...or you might get pleasure from other activities too... ...and outdoors is always good, of course... In no time and all, you'll have something to show off (but these guys have been into fitness for quite a time now)...  ...and you won't let a little rain put you off showing off...  Yes, it should always be FUN! And, while we're getting wet: Climbing is good for all-round strength and coordination: ...and so is dance: But the gym remains the baseline - and you will definitely enjoy being there and inspired by the other guys, once you get going...  And so, now - JUST DO IT!!          

The Importance of Movement and Flexibility (2026/072)

Muscles don't mean anything if you can't use them! Never lose sight of your  mobility  when training... you can have strength, balance and coordination without bulging muscles which make movement difficult.
