Where we are, it is c-c-c-c-cold right now - hardly shirtless outdoor weather! But we can look forward to next summer through these 2025 summer pics of fit guys enjoying the great outdoors.  

Not many responses to  our question earlier in the week "should me stop or go on?". The most accurate summary might be "why stop, please keep going as long as you can". So there we are. Remember that this is not just about fit-looking bodies (muscles) but  what you do with them  having invested in the training. With that thought in mind, here is a smaller-than-usual post as we re-start (since catching pneumonia was not in the plan - hence those few dark days this week). Onwards, then, and upwards... That's it for today's "quicky" re-start - we'll be back to normal very soon.
