An extra post today - so do not overlook the earlier gymnastics special! CLICK HERE   But after all that serious gymnastics training, we feel that a relaxing sauna is just the thing. And most of the guys are proudly showing off the results of their workout routines, which is definitely a bonus.  

If it's fitness and body image you are after, throwing in the towel after trying out working out for a while is the worst thing you can do. It all takes time, but the benefits (at any age) are huge. Keep at it! To encourage you, a collection of fit guys who just happen to be wearing towels. Sorry for the awful pun in the post title, but you know how it is!
