Guys being checked out - or checking out - in their gyms - and doing what they need to do to progress their fitness and aesthetics. And near the end, guys working out. These could (SHOULD) be you!   Some work which has certainly contributed to the success stories... And the younger set to finish us off for today - respect to them and their ambitions!
