Unprecedented temperatures where we are, and gyms well equipped with heating but not cooling!  And even if you can train outdoors, unless you are used to Miami-type temperatures, we definitely wouldn't last long there, either. Training must go on, but it was extremely short and sweaty today. Definitely shirtless, whatever the "rules" might say!  But our 'WeLoveTraining' guys continue to set a better example than we do!   A salute to the younger generation who really WANT it...  

You want to improve your body image. Therefore you need to get fitter (and thereby healthier), which means some effort is required. We recommend this takes place in a gym environment, with encouragement from other gym bunnies. Such gym bunnies are often keen to show off their results on social media, which we obviously monitor to bring you the cream of the cream.
