...that is the principle on which this blog is based. To offer examples, successes, of improvement in health and fitness as a result of the right kind of exercise. We do include bodybuilding, but that is not everyone's prime goal (nor ours, either) - fitness for your chosen sport, strength and flexibility to improve your performance - that's the idea. And to encourage the next generation towards fitness rather than screens... We are wondering, actually, whether with 1735 posts over nearly 5 years, it is maybe time to call it a day. Interest has dropped off a bit recently. We do try never to repeat a pic or a video but it sometimes happens. Let us know what you think by adding comments to this post.
