Food For The Fit (2025/220)

 Fit and healthy guys survive on good and healthy food! This is essential to support your sporting or workout regime - "you are what you eat", as they say. Most (but not all!) of the food we find in today's pics fits the bill very well. The right balance of carbs, fats and protein to build the strong body in the image you want. You Are What You Eat (2023/347)

Fit guys enjoy their food. You are what you eat... and please don't mention steriods. We are not into that and nor shojld you be. Protein supplements, taken in moderation, alongside a suitable training programme - well, OK. 'Natural' fitness - better still. Enjoy the menu!  There you go - maybe you can match the food to the physique! Oh - and when cooking out, watch out for flare-ups!
