  M aintaining M omentum : ...just like new year resolutions which quickly get dropped, it is no use deciding to get fitter and then quitting after a few weeks! You need to keep it up, make some new friends, challenge one another (gently at first!) and then see those personal goals coming closer. And then, of course, you will want to go 'one step beyond'... and another... so let's keep going, shall we?

Set Your Goals!

Yes: set yourself some goals - easy ones at first if you want - and then work to achieve them. The resulting self-satisfaction will spur you on to greater things, especially if you can find a buddy to share. Any age: any build... it there are no underlying medical issues, let's go for it - like these guys:
