Yes - have a goal: but don't be ridiculous... massive muscle mass in four weeks just isn't going to happen. Our recommended goal is one we used as a post heading a few days back: "Every Day a Little Better". That is realistic and achievable - for everyone. Be happy with that, but keep going! Today's lads are doing exactly that... and can rightly celebrate their improvement success.
