Whether its you and little bro - or your best mates from school/college - or just those guys you fell in with at gym - so much better than when it's just you! The first vid has an unfulfilled message - but careful study of the archives on this blog should set you on the right road...  Hmmm - your choice, I think   and this, finally, is just something way different!    

There is no doubt that fit guys tend to be in the company of other fit guys...friendships are formed which may continnue outside of the particular club or gym in which they start. And then those friends give you a boost to knuckle down to the training, give you new goals and incentives to train for... ...so, in this post, we celebrate those companionships. Two or more fit guys doing what fit guys like to do, which means not just training and posing (although there's a fair bit of that coming up...). Well, that's one way to spend time...
