Just commit!  You know you want to, but maybe haven't taken the plunge. and if you don't know you want to, we bet that your subconscious wants to. You won't regret it. Do it with a friend! ... ...  ...or not!... ... ...and with heavier weights, you need a friend for that too... Shout out to the determined kids, wanting to be champs in their chosen sports: ...and, as the sound track on the last clip confirms, the right mentality is "one more" - always "ONE MORE!"
