Guys proud of the progress they have made with their training and 'making a statement' through posting for us all to admire - and to be envious of, maybe - and then to do something about that, and get stuck into our own training programmes...  

 Want to take a great image to show off your aesthetics? A good location can make all the difference.  Some choose really well. Others - erm... less so (we have in mind those regular shots in the urinals - just because there is a mirror...) Mostly good choices here!  And last, not least, maybe the background you could try to avoid - or at least clip the edge of the image!... ... ...
