Quality Control (2024/403)

Every example of fitness on this blog is quality approved! They don't have to be huge muscles (but they can be) - they DO have to be fit, conscious of their health and the needs of their sport, and be training at a sensible level to support their goals.  Above all else, they are enthusiastic about what they do, and COMMITTED... committed to a certain number of training sessions per week, rigorously followed. So is it too much to hope that you, too, could become dedicated to sorting your body image after being inspired by today's guys? Let's hope so. Here we go!
