Chests. Along with the abdominals, usually the most 'go-to' feature of the male physique when it comes to workout goals. It shouldn't be, of course - you should be looking for all-round improvement, not least in back and legs. But anyway.... ...it's chests to fuel your training ambitions today! We would say that the three key exercises to build the chest are flies (cable or dumbbells), bench press inclined to about 30 degrees, and double cable pulls from above and below to develop the whole muscle. A couple of relevant videos lower down.

Why not? It's the best way to get fitter and improve that body image! Perhaps its OK to train in the snow - if you really feel like it... ...well, we approve of training outdoors, and certainly shirtless is the most comfortable... but maybe there's a tad of showing off there...? Be sure to encourage the young ones...
