Where else? Gyms come in all sizes and shapes - indoor and outdoor - bedrooms and basements - but the effect is the same. Commitment = progress!  

Taking a break from your gym workout? Only short ones, mind... between sets, or at the end of a session - that's when the pics get posted! And well deserved: the rewards of commitment are obvious.
