Chests. Along with the abdominals, usually the most 'go-to' feature of the male physique when it comes to workout goals. It shouldn't be, of course - you should be looking for all-round improvement, not least in back and legs. But anyway.... ...it's chests to fuel your training ambitions today! We would say that the three key exercises to build the chest are flies (cable or dumbbells), bench press inclined to about 30 degrees, and double cable pulls from above and below to develop the whole muscle.  So many people regard their chest as the major thing they want to improve. Many guys add the abs, biceps, shoulders and back, and then neglect the legs. We strongly recommend "all round" improvement through your workouts. Anyway, chest it is, today.
