Friends give encouragement and support in the gym - and great companionship elsewhere! In the gym first...   ...or, sometimes, not such helpful support! ... ...  But seriously...   Other environments - but there'll sometimes be a bit of flexing and posing... Yeah- note that age should not be stopping you!    

They don't call each other 'bro' for no reason! Regular workout guys find friendships and support from others! Sports teams, gym buddies, or just friends!   We'll leave it there, on that 'healthy' note... at least they have salad with the burgers!
