Some gyms are huge and have  dozens of enthusiastic guys training: in other quieter places it may be just you and your best buddy. And y'all spend time together outside the gym, too... ...what works for these guys would for sure work for you too!  Great that a lot of these guys have camera phones...  OK - let's get away from the gym now... all still wanting to show of their strength/muscles though:    

Working out, then hanging out, with friends... inspiring them to keep putting the hours in... enjoying time out... inspiring the next generation... showing off together... brothers... fathers and sons... a bit of all that in today's post!
