...either in the gym itself (most have mirrors) or locker room (ditto) - and if no mirror, either a cameraphone stand or a mate to take the picture or video for you! Let's indulge in some admiration (and then turn it into personal ambition)! ... a bit extreme, that guy - but do-able, if you have unlimited gym time at your disposal!    

Aesthetics and all that. Isn't this what every guy wants? Just put in the effort, and you could join the gallery!
