Very warm where we are today  may be September but it feels like a sauna... A sauna ritual from the younger set: And a bit of flexing afterwards...  Yes, a second helping of Andy Andrici, outside the sauna this time!  

We both started training seriously around age ten - and that was over 30 years ago! No excuses accepted for not keeping fit and healthy though, which means physical exercise on a regular basis - at least three times a week - and participation in sports even if only as a coach.   Let's hit the gym then:  Finally for today, our customary salute to he rising generation... 8yo...
