Indoors or out? Wet or dry? Hot or cold?   Every which way.   A run in the rain? No problem! And not just running. Perhaps a spar in the snow? Post-sporting recovery?    Train then? Never mind the odd shower...   Divers, of course, always fine water to be their comfort zone: OK - lets stay with the water babes now, having some fun   Water is definitely their comfort zone - and swimming a great exercise, So we can allow a bit of relaxation too! But the sun came out: And some general training outdoors: Not everyone is lucky enough to be able to train outdoors - but then, isn't the gym always a comfort zone?              

Yes, it has been unusually hot where we are. But, as we head towards something cooling, we bring you fit guys in the sweatiest possible surroundings we can find - the sauna and (just one or two) the steam room. It's another of those places where guys can be found surreptitiously comparing their own physique with those around them (ignoring the fat sweaty guy dripping in the corner that no-one wants to talk to!).  If you are lucky enough to be a member of a gym which offers a post-workout sauna facility, you are in a great place, so long as it doesn't get crowded. You may be sufficient rich to have one at home, of course - we don't care... we just post the pictures where you can admire the development and body images which result from fit guys doing what they know they need to do.
