If you live in western Europe, you won't need to be told that temperatures are the highest ever right now. If it makes you feel better, we actually cancelled our gym workout today - just sooooooooooo hot... ...but we will catch up later in the week when the temperature falls. Promise. That's the sort of promise you need to make for yourselves: if you want a healthy lifestyle and a body image to feel proud of, you need to put in the work.
