Join the fit lads in the sauna - and maybe in the plunge pool after!  

Don't just think about training - don't just admire the results you see in other people and wish... wishing doesn't work, only  work  works! Gym, garage, bedroom floor - sport and activity when you're out and about... you can create a combination of these things which will work for you. Movement and flexibility combined with some tough resistance work (weights, cables, bodyweight...). Better health, and definitely an improved body image. Young and old. Go aesthetic! Go athletic! Enjoy! Let's go!
