Don't Just THINK About Training... ... (2025/231)

Don't just think about training - don't just admire the results you see in other people and wish... wishing doesn't work, only  work  works! Gym, garage, bedroom floor - sport and activity when you're out and about... you can create a combination of these things which will work for you. Movement and flexibility combined with some tough resistance work (weights, cables, bodyweight...). Better health, and definitely an improved body image. Young and old. Go aesthetic! Go athletic! Enjoy! Let's go! By the way, we are impressed by the number of youngsters getting into sport and  wanting  to train hard - well done those boys! ...checking out your results - and sharing the pix - is definitely allowed More dedicated youngsters now:        

Food For The Fit (2025/220)

 Fit and healthy guys survive on good and healthy food! This is essential to support your sporting or workout regime - "you are what you eat", as they say. Most (but not all!) of the food we find in today's pics fits the bill very well. The right balance of carbs, fats and protein to build the strong body in the image you want. Not sure about these sticky cakes for a start!   As your mum probably told you - eat up your veg and don't ignore that salad side dish!   As we have now in excess of 1800 fitness-related posts on this blog, do find time to explore the archives - here is a random link to an old post to get you started
