Yet another extra post - don't miss today's EARLIER POST featuring groups of fit lads in a variety of training and non-training situations. Here, we join dedicated gymnasts in training, mainly through video clips. Gymnasts need strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance... so there is plenty to work on, for sure! Time For Some Gymnastics Training (2024/043)

Gymnastics develops muscle and strength without the loss of flexibility - also good for cardio/endurance. What more could you ask for a perfect sport?  A mix of performance and training ttechniques today. Videos too, further down... As you will have seen in some of the videos, training does not always go exactly to plan, and it can be tough... but its worth it, or the kids wouldn't stay with it... as inthis elgrip shoulder flexibility training. They all want it, and they want to be as good as their friends.

Proibably the best sport there is for developing a tough muscular body while retaining flexibility. Add balance, and you're ready to rumble! Whether you are training in the gym or adding some conditioning and balance practice at home or wherever - keep up the good work! There is, of course, always time for some fun and some challenges! Divers spend time doing gymnastics too - especially to support their handstand dives: But back to gymnasts...
