You do need to put in an effort (regular workouts) to get to look like these guys.... but isn't it worth it? "You, too, could have a body  like mine" was a slogan from the past century by a guy improbably named Charles Atlas who marketed chest expanders (anyone remember those?). Seriously, though - get on the fitness ladder, and use today's images for inspiration and encouragement!  And, by all means, start 'em young (carefully supervised of course:    

A better look (aesthetics)? More muscle? Strength? Better mobility? Endurance for sport? Your training routines will not be the same, and you need to think carefully about what you want to achieve. Meanwhile, here are some role models you could aspire to.
