Dance! ... And More Ways To Get Fit (2024/213)

For the first time ever on this blog, we'll open with a dance display. Loads of slim, fit and athletic guys... Yes, training does not have to mean building huge (and relatively useless!) muscle.  ...yes - 'Dust'. Fitness and acrobatic skills on display. You wouldn't see a load of bodybuilders doing that, now would you! So set up a MIX of fitness activities for yourself. Here, it is running next:   OK - the running machine is in a gym, but the focus is on running right now. Or baskets: Maybe go climb a mountain?   Showing off on the cliff top also counts:   Anyone for a swim?   Or a 'wet run' (extra resistance to strengthen the legs): Cycling:   Combat skills? Even yard work (gardening) is good for fitness:  General sports: Vague explanation there because we can't actually decide what these guys are about to do!): Hopefully by now, we've made the point. Just do SOMETHING ENERGETIC and your fitness will improve. Add in the gym by all means, of course. T...

Can Anyone Identify This Trio?

I believe that these are all captures from a single breakdance video. If that is correct, their coordination is excellent. I found them on a 'free' page of a commercial image site so I am hoping that no copyright is being infringed here.
