Today's post features guys who have trained to get a more 'beefy' look - not necessarily what everyone desires, especially those in active sports.  But their dedication and results are to be admired and should inspire those willing to work hard, eat appropriately, and stay with the 'grind'!  

Back in the day, everyone was measuring their chests and biceps as if the numbers represented fitness. Size isn't everything and, with the advent of social media, guys are now much more concerned about their overall appearance - in other words, aesthetics. A fully 'balanced' musculature - and, yes, its OK to be slim with it as some of these examples show. Today's guys clearly have that mindset! Where best to show off aesthetics than in the gym? The locker room is another obvious place for showing off... The rising generation want 'in' on the aesthetic action too... And, finally, some swimwear show-offs!
