Chest Expansion (2026/132)

Are you of a certain age which would remember "chest expanders" - sets of springs where the force required to pull them apart tends to increase as the movement continues? You don't see them much any more, but a similar principle applies when using a barbell to which chains are attached - the higher you lift, the heavier you are lifting.  Of course, the so-called "chest" expanders actually worked the read deltoids, triceps and upper back!  Anyway, a post today dedicated to the chest.
