Keeping fit and improving yourself is always more fun when shared. And fit friends then have leisure time together too. Something of a random selection today.  

 It is never too early to be thinking about that beach body (especially if you're in the southern hemisphere!!) - and thinking about what you will need to be doing to achieve it.
