When you train as a team or group, everyone is inspired to try harder... not to be better than everyone else (which is mean!) but to be as good as everyone else and encourage them to be as good as you. Whether it is wrestle clubs, judo, running clubs, gym bunnies or whatever... being with like-minded enthusiasts brings a great benefit for everyone. So today we are looking at groups of fit guys both posing for us and doing their thing. Here's an interesting item from Japan - quite old, but definitely fits today's theme...
