Friends give encouragement and support in the gym - and great companionship elsewhere! In the gym first...   ...or, sometimes, not such helpful support! ... ...  But seriously...   Other environments - but there'll sometimes be a bit of flexing and posing... Yeah- note that age should not be stopping you!    

Fit bros, obviously here. But mainly not in their gyms, although there is some posing for sure.
