Friends give encouragement and support in the gym - and great companionship elsewhere! In the gym first...   ...or, sometimes, not such helpful support! ... ...  But seriously...   Other environments - but there'll sometimes be a bit of flexing and posing... Yeah- note that age should not be stopping you!    

That's fit besties, obviously. They may be gym or sports buddies, maybe not - but definitely they both keep themselves in shape. A selection of wrestling buddies there, each pair trying to out-flex and out-agression one another. But best mates really.
