Always good spending time with a bestie - in the gym, or out!   OK, let's get out of the gym now! OK, that's a wrestling gym, but not weights so it gets in!  

Friends give encouragement and support in the gym - and great companionship elsewhere! In the gym first...   ...or, sometimes, not such helpful support! ... ...  But seriously...   Other environments - but there'll sometimes be a bit of flexing and posing... Yeah- note that age should not be stopping you!
