Guys into combat sports (not wrestling - we do that separately)... and another visit to the lads in Azerbaijan at their 'Lerik Fight Club' You may have noticed Edwin Petrea, MMA champion, featured there in several pix - and in our previous post (in gym training) But let's break off for a "flying" visit to Azerbaijan... Cool stuff, eh (especially the smow training!) Here's another interesting training tip for a boxer, using a kettlebell Mauy thai devotees start young!
