Some guys have a habit of 'rubbishing' other gyms, which is unfortunate. We all support our favourite place, of course: but the important thing is not the gym itself (which might be your garage or backyard, or one of the popular chain megagyms ) but what you do when you are there . And, of course the friends you make, each encouraging the other d that little bit extra towards their fitness goals, whether it be strength, bulking , shredding , or general athleticism and flexibility. It's ALL good - even if you sometimes have to do it in your bedroom. Let's admire some results and some action in gym settings.
