So You Took a Day Off? (2024/402)

Well, it was Christmas Day! And, if you are of US disposition, you probably took Thanksgiving off as well In fact, a day off once a week is generally OK too, giving your body to recover from the exertions of six workouts. Some gyms have stayed closed today, but you can of course workout at home with loads of bodyweight exercise if you don't have your own equipment. No Santas here then. We're trying to inspire you to get back into your fitness routine as soon as possible. A range of exercises and gyms on show for you today!
