More great workout results in today's gallery. But don't forget the regular maintenance - you want to keep looking the best and being the strongest you can... keep those dates with the gym!   Apparently it rains a lot in India, especially when you want outdoor pics...  ...and they have hurricanes in the southern USA...  

Somehow fit guys and water go together, whether it is in the pool/stream/sea, under the shower, or even drenched in sweat after a cardio burnup. One guy comes out of the sauna into the rain, but images from inside the sauna we keep for occasional 'sauna specials'.
