Never lose sight of your  mobility  when training... you can have strength, balance and coordination without bulging muscles which make movement difficult. Train in your Comfort Zone (2025/264)

Indoors or out? Wet or dry? Hot or cold?   Every which way.   A run in the rain? No problem! And not just running. Perhaps a spar in the snow? Post-sporting recovery?    Train then? Never mind the odd shower...   Divers, of course, always fine water to be their comfort zone: OK - lets stay with the water babes now, having some fun   Water is definitely their comfort zone - and swimming a great exercise, So we can allow a bit of relaxation too! But the sun came out: And some general training outdoors: Not everyone is lucky enough to be able to train outdoors - but then, isn't the gym always a comfort zone?
