These guys post a lot on Instagram and, although there is quite a lot of repetition of the same basic skill in these recent posts, there is much to be admired. Today we feature the guys who workout in street arenas or similar set-ups - bodyweight exercises (calisthenics), strength and agility on the bars... that sort of thing. They may occasionally add some weight by wearing a belt, but it is fundamentally different from lifting weights in the gym, and definitely complementary to lifting. Highly recommended! And calisthenic dudes, traditionally, go shirtless...
